Ha Tay Trading Jsc. formerly known as Ha Tay Materials, Electronic Appliance & Fuel managed by the People's Committee of Ha Tay province, since 1958.

On Mar. 28, 2003, by the Decision No. 1909/QD-UB, the Company transformed to a joint stock company, with new name "Ha Tay Trading Jsc."
