The Block A4 of the Trung Van housing project at Trung Van, South Tu Liem district, Hanoi

The project is located in the west of Le Van Luong street. The project has a total construction area is 23.463,8m2; floor area 209.342m2 including high-rise buildings and offices at Trung Van, South Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

The building are 28 floors, 343 apartments, expected to begin in the first quarter of 2017. Currently the project has been set up and the site is cleared.

Apartment block (A2-A3-A4) consists of commercial, service, office and apartment are linked by a 5-storey podium.
